JW Brocklehurst, an established funeral company with more than 150 years of history, redeveloped their premises to create a larger, purpose-built space.
Having operated from the same site for over 100 years, the new funeral home was designed specifically with their clients in mind.
The previously existing site was demolished in 2020 and sympathetically rebuilt with both public and private entrances. To retain an established, homely and welcoming exterior, we supplied our Reclamation Shire Blend handmade bricks for the new building, which is accentuated with the use of slate and glass materials.
The traditional handmade bricks feature red and orange shades with an aged, weathered finish.
