The former ticket hall of Mayfield Station, located on the old Cuckoo Steam Railway Line, has been sympathetically converted and extended to create an impressive three bed home.

Built in 1880, the building operated as a ticket office until the rail service was shut down in 1965.

Successfully bringing it back to life, the sensitive extension retains the property’s charming appearance, with the restoration of beautiful period features and the use of imperial-sized Soft Red bricks to perfectly match the historical exterior.
