Whilst the materials selected had to complement the local colour palette, the newly constructed areas were required to be clearly distinguishable from the existing weathered London Stock structures, which formed the basis of so much of London’s early transport infrastructure.
Imperial Bricks worked closely with VolkerFitzpatrick, one of the UK’s leading civil engineering and rail contractors, to supply imperial sized Reclamation Yellow Multi Stock bricks.
